rdfs:comment: The INSPIRE-MF module models the INSPIRE data model segment on Environmental monitoring Facilities. In particular, the ontology module represents object instances of the MonitoringObject class in the different possible alternatives, such as MonitoringFacility and MonitoringNetwork. In addition to the environmental monitoring platforms, the relevant monitoring networks, observations/samples and associated collections, sensors, observation parameters, procedures, values, etc. are described. Classes and properties to represent indicators and collections of indicators are also modelled (e.g. the geographical characterisation of the indicator can be given to the collection of indicators). ObservationSeries/SamplingSeries have been described and can be used as grouping criteria (e.g. for observations obtained at the same place and time period). The module is inspired by the SSN and SOSA ontologies (extending them in certain cases, e.g. if one wishes to use observation series - ObservationSeries Class) and the Internet of Things (IoT) ontology of OntoPiA, it directly imports the TOP module and is aligned via appropriate OWL files (https://github.com/isprambiente/dati-semantic/tree/main/assets/ontologies/inspire-mf/latest) with the alignment axioms to SSN/SOSA and OntoPiA. Il modulo INSPIRE-MF modella il segmento del data model INSPIRE sulle Environmental monitoring Facilities. In particolare il modulo ontologico rappresenta oggetti istanze della classe MonitoringObject nelle diverse possibili alternative, come MonitoringFacility e MonitoringNetwork. Oltre alle piattaforme di monitoraggio ambientale sono descritte le relative reti di monitoraggio, le osservazioni/campionamenti e associate collezioni, i sensori, i parametri di osservazione, le procedure, i valori, etc.. Sono anche modellate le classi e le proprietà per rappresentare indicatori e collezioni di indicatori (ed es. la caratterizzazione geografica dell'indicatore può essere demandata alla collezione di indicatori). Sono state descritte le serie di osservazioni/campionamenti(Classi ObservationSeries/SamplingSeries) e possono essere utilizzate come criterio di raggruppamento (ad esempio per osservazioni ottenute nello stesso luogo e nello stesso periodo di tempo).
